Summary This position is located in Mill Springs Battlefield National Monument, in the Division of Interpretation, Education, Volunteers, and Resource Management. Responsibilities Major Duties: Serves as the chief for interpretation, providing leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for all interpretation, education, outreach, and volunteer programs. Supervises division staff, establishes performance expectations, evaluates work, recommends personnel actions, and ensures employee safety, development, and adherence to National Park Service policies and operational standards. Participates as a key member of the park leadership team, participating in park-wide planning and budget development, setting program priorities, and contributing to short- and long-term operational strategies.
