Summary The Supervisory Medical Support Assistant directs programs at the VA St. Louis Healthcare System and satellite outpatient clinics. They are responsible for evaluating the work of subordinate staff, resolving complex problems to ensure patient services are met, and extracting data to provide reports to senior management.
