Summary The Supervisory Medical Support Assistant (MSA) position serves as the direct line supervisor for all Medical Support Assistant (MSA) staff, Patient Services Assistant and/or Program Support Assistant (PSA) and is a foundational role within the Care in the Community (CITC) service. This position is located at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Responsibilities The Supervisory MSA plans and directs programs at medical centers and/or satellite outpatient clinics and has full supervisory responsibility.
