The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to NGB AIM, Manpower, Organization & Resources. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Mobility Air Forces Requirements section, ensuring that manpower requirements program complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and manpower objectives. Researches, interprets, analyzes and applies DoD, Joint Service, Air Force and National Guard manpower policies and regulations. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
