The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authority over the bases flight. Responsible for performing management work in the areas of plans and resources in support of units. Responsibilities Directs, leads plans, organizes, and manages Cyberspace, Information Technology (IT), and Knowledge Management (KM) programs and activities. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Makes periodic, comprehensive assessments and evaluations of program goals/objectives which provide a basis for long and short range planning to enhance the organizations support capabilities.
