Responsibilities Serves as the Global Network Operations Branch, Deputy Chief overseeing daily operations. Directs the strategic oversight and operational integrity of the DHA Global Network Operations Center. Provides executive-level reporting on service delivery performance to support 137,000+ DHA customers worldwide. Liaises with technical experts to develop operational procedures that ensure the availability, delivery, and security of global network services. Leads business process re-engineering efforts to optimize cost-effectiveness and operational sustainment. Evaluates contractor performance against complex contractual benchmarks. Represents the organization in high-visibility inter-agency forums involving the VA, Military Departments, or consumers of the Federal Electronic Health Record.
