The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over subordinate employees assigned to the wing/center Inspector General (IG) office. Responsibilities DUTY 1: Plans, directs, and manages the activities of the wing Inspector General Office, ensuring that programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet the needs of the organization. DUTY 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities for a military and civilian staff. DUTY 3: Serves as the Commander's principal advisor on Air Force Complaints Resolution and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) programs.
