Summary This position serves as VBA's Supervisory Human Resources Specialist for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Office of Human Capital Services (HCS), Office of Staff Operations (OSO), Human Resources Program Management Operations (HRPMO) Strategic Team.
