The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Chief, Civilian Personnel Division in the Directorate of Manpower, Personnel & Services at a Major Command (MAJCOM) with responsibility for directing the activities of the Division. Responsibilities DUTY 1: As Division Chief, plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Division. DUTY 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. DUTY 3: Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with commanders, managers and with a variety of installion and functional area organizations.
