Summary The Supervisory Health System Specialist (System Redesign) is located at the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center and reports to the Quality and Patient Safety service line. The primary purpose of this position is to supervise and implement a Performance Improvement program at the Health Care System level. The position is responsible for delivering Performance Improvement techniques to a broad array of program and services throughout the Medical Center. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Supervisory Duties 30% The Systems Redesign Coordinator assigns work to subordinates, delegates authority as appropriate and holds staff responsible and accountable for the performance of the duties associated with Health Care System wide performance improvement programs, projects, products, under their supervision and management.
