Summary You will serve as Chief, Technical Services Division (TPM-22), Office of Capital Project Management (TPM-20) in the Office of Program Management (TPM). Drawing on broad experiences in design, engineering and construction of capital projects, the incumbent is directly responsible for managing FTA's Project Management Oversight (PMO) Program, which is a consortium of contractors who support FTA with its oversight of major transit capital projects.
