Summary The Supervisory Financial Management Advisor position in the National Risk Management Center requires an experienced individual with operational and managerial experience in Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE). This position will ensure operational mission effectiveness by orchestrating the complex development and coordination of mission requirements across the full range of the PPBE process and maximize resources for all Payroll and Non-Payroll efforts.
