Summary The Supervisory Maintenance and Operations (M&O) Foreman is responsible to the Chief Engineer for all Health Care System Maintenance, operations, and repair concerns. Using licensed tradesman and/or contractors to supplement the M&O Foreman skills, a complete and professional Engineering Service is provided to meet the ever-changing needs and requirements of the medical and administrative staff. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited too: Ability to maintain facilities in accordance with VA and Joint Commission standards. Ability to assign work duties to Maintenance, Grounds, and Boiler Plant Supervisors. Ability to ensure staff have full work load and assigning duties as needed to achieve efficiency.
