A successful candidate in the Supervisory Equipment Specialist position will serve as the supervisor of the Fleet Equipment Analysis and Policy group and a member of the Fleet Management team. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Equipment Specialist, you will: Assign and review work, evaluate employee performance, and manage all personnel-related actions to build an effective and productive unit.
