Position Overview
We are a SME supermarket retail company, looking for individuals who would like to join us as Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor.
Duties & Responsibilities - Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
- Remove expired or damaged products, replenish and rotate items.
- Ensure that display space is fully stocked.
- Arrange stocks First-In-First-Out (FIFO) to ensure products are within shelf life.
- Other ad‑hoc duties
Requirements - Minimum qualification: High school diploma.
- At least 3 years of work experience required.
- 6‑day work week/shift work and must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays.
