The Waste Water Supervisor provides guidance and direction to a team of employees in the Waste Water department. Makes strategic and sound decisions pertaining to industrial waste water facility, department safety, and department efficiency for team. This role monitors waste streams generated by the plant to ensure in compliance with governmental regulatory agencies, and to drive plant efficiencies, product quality, safety, and cost control. Additionally, this role builds an effective employee team by engaging, mentoring, and developing direct reports.
