Job Description

Logistics Supervisor for CV Brasil, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager is responsible for managing warehouse and delivery operations, inventory stocking and control and packaging or labeling activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Development of continuous project improvement and innovations, including KPI creation and monitoring.
• Lead a team to provide high-quality service to internal and external customers.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve their knowledge, skills, and performance.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to help them achieve their goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and smooth operations, including RAQA requirements.
