**Vendor Supervisor**
The Vendor Supervisor will report to the Manager Strategy and Process Improvement for the company's National Operations Center. This role will be responsible to facilitate and maintain relationships between National Operations and vendors/partners. Along with negotiating contracts, creating standards for the vendors, and finding the best available vendors to support our operations.
**Job responsibilities:**
+ Ensures successful national vendor management implementations including workflow process development, performance metric development and maintenance, operational issue management resolution for ongoing relationships, planned initiatives to achieve cost savings for direct operations or national centralization initiatives.
+ Establish and maintain national agreements including SOWs and MSAs and national BPO with a responsibility to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance for assigned implementations.
