Participate in the development and implementation of G-EDM's business strategy, process improvements, and digitalization initiatives.Enhance business competitiveness by introducing new concepts and establishing expert networks.Advocate for process improvements and digitalization to relevant stakeholders.2. Process Improvement & Digitalization - NGBA steering & associated improvements:
As the global point of contact for G-EDM Transport Management processes, lead & participate in the development, optimization and automation of processes related to all modes of transportation.Guide Supply Chain team members across countries to define the NGBA end-state solution and finalize process models.Conduct regular analysis of existing processes, IT environment, and align with best practices.3.
