Position Overview
Key Requirements: Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a student care or tutoring environment Passionate about working with children aged 7-12 years old Excellent interpersonal and communication skills PC literate Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for higher-level supervisory roles Key Responsibilities: Manage overall centre planning, operations, and staffing Attend to student-parent matters including enrolment, activities, academic progress, and behavioural development Supervise student activities such as field visits and group discussions Support staff selection, development, delegation of duties, and performance management Prepare periodic reports on enrolment, expenses, manpower, training, and related matters
