**Job Summary and Qualifications**

Under the general supervision of the Director, the manager assumes responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions in the unit. IN collaboration with other members of the management team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality and quantity of services performed by the Sterile Processing Department. Manager advises senior management regarding the status of the quality improvement processes in the department.
