JOB SUMMARY:

The Supervisor, Show Direction plays a key role in maintaining and elevating the artistic vision and performance quality of entertainment experiences across Universal Horror Unleashed (UHU). This position ensures show standards are consistently upheld through regular in-venue observation, performance documentation, and delivery of timely, actionable coaching and feedback to performers and leadership. The Supervisor also supports the full show quality lifecycle—including casting, rehearsal planning, training programs, and annual brush-up processes for assigned entertainment portfolios—while assisting with the development, enhancement, and launch of new entertainment elements as directed.
