**Job Responsibilities**

+ Supervise employees involved in the physical movement of inbound and outbound shipments, including shipments to both domestic and international customers, and distribution centers and branches within the organization
+ Schedule and coordinate the routing of incoming and outgoing shipments
+ May negotiate rates, delivery terms, freight rates, and classifications with carriers; analyze service performance
+ Develop and implement new procedures and methods to reduce costs
