At TD SYNNEX - Shyft Global Services, we are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead our team.
The Sales Supervisor:
Manages assigned sales territories and day-to-day activities of sales team to meet and exceed all established goals.Sets and tracks team members' goals.Assists management in creating business plans to uncover new opportunities, and increase sales and profits in the territories.Performs inbound and outbound sales calls in order to quote prices, provide product information and build relationships with customers.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required
Creates and implements customer specific business plans to uncover new opportunities, increase sales and profits and secure territory growth.Communicates constantly with teams to inform them of daily tracking of sales, and important customer and product information.Prepares forecasts for monthly and quarterly performance by customer.
