About the Job

The MRF Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a state-of-the-art Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), ensuring optimal production efficiency, cost control, and a strong commitment to safety. This role plays a key part in leading a highly automated recycling operation, leveraging advanced technology to manage and monitor plant performance. 

The facility is one of the most technologically advanced recycling operations in North America, featuring 90% automated processes, cutting-edge optical sorting technology, and fully integrated systems that enable plant-wide management through tablet-based controls within a modern, state-of-the-art environment.

The position works 2nd shift (starting at 1:30 PM), Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays. Position maybe hired at a level I or Level II based on background and experience.
