Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture
• Oversee routine laboratory operations and ensure efficient planning and execution of activities
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects across QC and QA and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage deviations, perform root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
