Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: Lead and supervise the Quality Control (QC) and Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) team within Operations to ensure effective execution of inspection, defect detection, and quality monitoring activities across manufacturing. Provide full‑day supervisory coverage to support rapid quality issue resolution, maintain stable manpower coverage, and strengthen day‑to‑day QC discipline. Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and operational readiness, including support for new site setup and expansion activities.
