About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor who is looking to lead a team and optimize the operations of a large supply chain. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for manufacturing products using safe and efficient processes while supervising members of the production team. This opportunity is based at our production facility located inLachine. **Day shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 6AM to 2PM**

Responsibilities

Manage employees, including scheduling, absenteeism, staffing, training, performance evaluation, development, and all other aspects related to managing a production team in a unionized environment

Support operational efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Manage the manufacturing process, including mixing, filling, and packaging
