About the Role

As a key member of our Production team, you will be responsible for supervising our front‑line Team Members with the objective of achieving immediate and short‑term goals as outlined by the Production Managers.

What You Will Do

• Responsibility for shift scheduling including workstation assignments/shift rotations, training, vacations, breaks, overtime assignment, backup for absent Team Members
• Coordinating production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• Operating within SOPs and JSAs
• Communicating with other Shift Supervisors and Plant Managers
• Responsibility for quality control, adjusting as necessary during shift to produce product within specification
• Participating on Continuous Improvement Teams and implementing changes
