Position Overview
This position supervises and coordinates assigned staff and activities to ensure quality service of the assigned Revenue Cycle department. Ensures exceptional customer service, monitors workload daily, and prioritizes work to meet required turnaround times. Supports the organization in fulfilling the mission, vision and values of Logan Health.

This position supports Patient Access teams across Shelby, Chester, Conrad, and Cut Bank.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of five (5) yearsβ experience within Revenue Cycle in a hospital setting required.
+ Minimum of one (1) year leadership experience required.
+ Promotes excellence through setting high standards and providing high quality outcomes.
