**_What Operations Management contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Operations function
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Direct and motivate employees to ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, EPA and other regulations.
+ Maintain annual financial responsibility for various departments.
+ Supervise areas of Manufacturing, Raw Materials Whse. & learn/support as back up to BNS operation.
+ Maintain Productivity Analysis for all areas of responsibility.
+ Provides training and continual coaching on process improvements for all areas.
+ Special Projects and other task as assigned.
+ Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
+ Responsible for abiding by all company and regulatory environmental, health, and safety requirements.
+ Support various employee activities throughout the year.
