Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all unit operations for claims handling
• Promote a culture of exceptional client service
• Develop and implement team training and support
• Oversee claims assessments, negotiations, and payments
• Authorize significant claim reserves up to $1,000,000
Requirements:
• At least seven years of claims or insurance experience
