To support our warehouse teams we are searching for a Supervisor (m/f/d) to be based in our warehouse in Schkeuditz (Airport Leipzig / Halle).
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Technical leadership responsibility of a returns teamEnsuring the smooth running of logistics processes as well as their coordination and monitoringActive participation in logistics projects and continuous optimization of work and process flowsEnsuring day-to-day business in compliance with defined KPI’s and service levelsOrganization of employee onboardings and continuous monitoring of the training statusGeneral support of the Division Manager as well as conducting shift meetings, team meetings and feedback sessionsResponsibility for the workplaces (safety, cleanliness, functioning of work equipment and orderliness)WHO YOU ARE:
