**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

The Laboratory Supervisor oversees laboratory personnel and operations to ensure compliance and quality in accordance with laboratory work process. Exercises authority over personnel decisions and is responsible for the technical and scientific oversight of the clinical laboratory department.
