Responsibilities Plan, schedule, coordinate and control resources to ensure the efficient manufacturing of heat treatment and management of workshop. Maintain production schedule and productivity. Transform the plant manager’s strategic mission into a section‑specific vision and mission. Read, interpret, implement, and ensure compliance with Product Specifications, Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMI), Facility Operating Instructions (FOI) and Control Plans (CP). Ensure staff are trained and competent as per PMI, FOI, CP, special safety rules and explosive regulations.
