As **Supervisor II, Maintenance-Instrumentation** , you will lead front-line maintenance crews who keep our operations running safely and reliably. You will coordinate work, guide complex repairs, and help your team deliver high-quality maintenance that supports unit reliability and Phillips 66’s commitment to safety and operational excellence. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Operations and other partners while developing the skills and careers of the craft workers you supervise.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Lead day-to-day maintenance activities for your assigned area, supervising craft workers and contractors to safely execute the maintenance work plan.
+ Develop and adjust short- and medium-term work schedules, allocating people and resources, managing shift rosters, vacations, and on-call coverage, and approving overtime when needed.
