The Supervisor- Handle With Care site position monitors the health and welfare of the children. Designs a developmental program to promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth of the children. Coordinates activities and supervises the personnel in accomplishing the goals of the program. Assists in budgeting of monies for the program.


JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

+ Adheres to program yearly budget. Evaluates necessary staffing, supplies, and supplies and fundraising events, in order to accommodate hospital budget.

+ Coordinates special events to meet NAEYC standards and KKNS needs (i.e. back to school, father and mother day events)

+ Interfaces with the other hospital departments and hospital personnel as necessary for the continuing operations of the program and hospital.
