**Description**

**Position Summary:** Manage and direct all landscape operations and employee support.


**Essential Job Functions:**


1. Hire, train and develop landscape staff. Prioritize daily tasks for staff. Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary action.
2. Operate mowing equipment and hand-held tools. Operate heavy or specialized equipment. Install and maintain manual and automatic irrigation systems.
3. With support from Manager, prepare annual budget and maintain monthly expenses.
4. Regular and reliable attendance at the worksite and adhere to assigned schedule. – _this position is_ _not_ _a remote or telecommute position._
