The Supervisor, Gearing Inside Sales and Application Engineering performs supervisory duties for the gearing inside sales support and application engineering team
Primary Responsibilities:
Has direct responsibility for all assigned team members: from performance, human resource, training and coaching perspectives. Provides team feedback and solutions to management for consideration. Instills a focus on customer service to all team members. Effectively evaluates and adjusts team workload as necessary. Reviews current processes and finds solutions to improve and streamline (eliminate non value activities). Increases effectiveness by providing tools, training, and standardized processes that support daily operations.
