Job Description

The roles and responsibilities of this role are to drive sales and profitability of Fresh Department by ensuring overall visual merchandising, product range, and shrinkage management at the store level. He/she must be equipped with in-depth knowledge of the Fresh Department mainly on product features, processes, visual management, service standards, and shrinkage management. The role is also responsible for store auditing, training/coaching, visual merchandising, along other tasks. He/she needs to work closely with branches and other related departments for alignment and driving the fresh business.
