**Supervisor Food and Nutrition Services at Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center in Spokane, WA**



Schedule Details: **Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours a week**



Under the general direction of the Manager of Support Services, assists in managing and coordinating the operation of a large and/or multiple food service production/service unit(s). Assists manager with supervision of the daily activities of food services department site staff, performance counseling, and corrective action. Oversees catering function, including processing the catering request, planning the catering menu, setting up daily catering production list and ensuring quality standards are met with catered functions. Prepares and serves food as needed.
