**Supervisor Food and Nutrition Services - Dietary at Covenant Children's Hospital in Lubbock, TX**



Schedule Details: **Full Time, Day and Evening Shift including flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled, based on operational and departmental requirements**



+ Day Shift Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

+ Evening Shift Hours: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm



***Please note that this position is onsite and therefore requires the ability to commute to Covenant Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, TX.***



Performs a variety of specialized duties related to the maintenance and organization of the department, including monitoring patient tray line and cafeteria service, visiting patients, departmental scheduling and staffing, preparing production sheets, sanitation, opening and closing procedure, including cash verification, and monitoring special catering events.
