Position Overview
This position is responsible for supervising the execution of cost effective and timely maintenance work necessary for the operation of utilities systems and production operations. This includes directing, coordinating and supporting maintenance personnel.
+ Proactively analyzes and forecasts department manpower vs. workload to determine most appropriate staffing levels, work schedules, and outsourcing requirements. Additionally, monitors labor utilization variances to ensure maximum work effectiveness.
+ Work cooperatively with Fluid Utilities Planner. Responsible for establishing priorities for personnel and scheduling all planned and emergent work to individual technicians, ensuring that work is completed as efficiently as possible, maximizing employee productivity.
+ Follows up with completed and in-progress work to ensure that work is completed correctly, professionally, and on-time. Reviews completed work and work patterns by craftsmen to identify non-scheduled wor...
