Job Summary

Supervises and directs assigned Environmental Services (EVS) personnel. Assures assignments are completed properly and in compliance with healthcare safety and sanitation regulations. Communicates with other departments to solve problems. Ensures a professional and appropriate service standard while performing the job. Follows and enforces system wide standards as well as department specific service standards.
Job Duties


+ Supervises the daily operations of assigned Environmental Services staff performance and workflow.

+ Verifies that each responsible employee's daily assignments are being performed thoroughly and effectively.

+ Completes performance evaluations for assigned staff as well as coordinating the establishment of goals and objectives for assigned staff including annual skill competency checklist reviews.
