**Role Overview/Summary**:
We are looking for a Design Supervisor to join our team to lead the Design Team Operations. You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. This individual will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Costa Rica designers, and their Productivity and Quality metrics.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for 30-60 Operation’s member group can include: designers, Setup Leads, QA Leads, Clinical members, and others.
- Responsible for 3-4 setup leads to support designer inquiries
- Reports to Costa Rica Design Group Leader.
- Adhere to the Envista corporate model: S-QDIP - Safety, Delivery, Quality, Inventory, and Productivity
- Conduct Daily management meetings within the department along with area leads.
