As a *Supervisor Design Engineering*you will coordinate and conduct activities associated with providing design and drafting services to the Wilmington Refinery and Asphalt Plant. Incumbent will perform design and drafting services as well as develop work scopes, cost estimates and coordinate execution of projects assigned to provide cost effective design and drafting services for refinery projects.
