Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards.
• Monitor implementation of promotional activities and adherence to the promotional calendar.
• Maintain cleanliness and clear back‑up areas.
• Understand customer needs and communicate them to demand planning.
• Follow sell‑by dates and rotate stock according to policy/SOP on sales floor and in back‑up areas.
• Maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards throughout the day, keeping waste to a minimum.

Customer Service Management

• Respond to customer requests and queries on out‑of‑stock items.
