Leads & coordinates all activities of analysis technicians necessary to support the fulfillment of the production schedule of the VS, taking care about safety & product quality requirements as per control plan
On the production analysis areas supervises staff; organizes and monitors workflow, assuring standards follow up.
Supports the fulfillment of production plan by scheduling and assigning analysis personnel, accomplish work results, establish priorities, monitors progress, revises schedule, resolves escalated problems.
Ensures the adherence to the following Key Analysis areas standards: 1) Early Warning system 2) DRS systematic 3) Active lot release 4) Scrap reporting and controlling 5) Selective test execution and/or verification per Control Plan 6) 6Ss and TPM on Equipment and tooling of analysis areas. All these standards with the purpose of meeting delivery and quality metrics.
