As a Supervisor Customer Service, you will oversee a team to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible.
**In this role you will:**
+ Supervise a customer service department, including assigning and reviewing the work of others
+ Establish department work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow of purchase orders
+ Train and develop employees
+ Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality
+ Collaborate with branch team to grow sales
+ Recommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminations
**What you bring to the table:**
+ Strong communication skills
+ A passion for customer service
+ Supervisory and leadership skills
+ Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
+ 2+ years experience preferred
