As aSupervisor, Central Communications, you will play a critical leadership role within a fast‑paced, high‑impact healthcare communications environment thatoperates24/7/365. This position serves as the operational leader for an assigned shift, ensuring seamless delivery of emergency and non‑emergency communication services that directly support patient care, physician response, and hospital operations.

In this role, you will lead frontline communications professionals, make real‑time operational decisions, manage escalations, and serve as the shift‑level authority during critical events.
